Father Walter Timothy McInerney was the Pastor of Divine Providence Parish from 1956 to 1975.  He oversaw the completion of the first school building.

Thanks to his vision, we now use our beloved school to educate 210 children in preschool through 8th grade.  

In honor of Father McInerney, and in an effort to continue with the Catholic tradition of having support for one another, the McInerney Scholarship Fund is available for eligible families who do not have the financial resources to attend a Catholic school.  In these tough economic times, the need has increased for tuition assistance from the fund.

We are currently trying to raise $27,000 to cover this year’s grants and build a base for future need.  Please consider making a donation to the McInerney Scholarship Fund and support Catholic education for all who seek it.
