New students are required to submit the following documentation:

• Birth certificate – bring the original which will be copied and immediately returned to you
• Social Security card – bring the original which will be copied and immediately returned to you
• Copy of baptismal certificate
• Registration form
• Registration fee - $100 per family
• Physical examination and immunization records – due prior to the first day of school

Additional requirements for student in 1st through 8th grades:

• Copy of most current report card – minimum of most recent two quarters
• Copy of most recent standardized test scores
• Interview with the Principal
